NEIGER COACHING & CONSULTING

What clients bring

You don't need a precise problem statement.

Nobody has it all figured out. But they have enough to start, and that's all we need. Agile, not waterfall.

Stepping into a bigger role

A promotion, a bigger programme, your first seat at the top table. What got you here was knowing the detail better than anyone. The new role needs you to let go of some of it, and that's harder than it sounds when your reputation was built on grip.

We work out what to keep, what to hand over and where your time actually needs to go, before old habits set the pattern for you.

A delivery challenge that won't shift

The programme that's been amber so long nobody remembers it being green. The supplier who's not performing. The regulatory date you're accountable for and can't move. You've pulled the usual levers, and they're usually the right ones. This time nothing's moving.

Sometimes what you need is someone outside the programme to think it through with. No stake in the politics, no stake in the answer, and enough years in delivery to ask the question nobody at the SteerCo will.

A working relationship that's making the job miserable

Your boss, a peer, a stakeholder, someone in your own team. One relationship is taking up more of your head than the rest of the job put together, and you're replaying conversations to the ceiling at 3am.

We look at what's actually going on, what's yours to change and what isn't, and how you want to handle the next conversation. Not how to win it. How to have it.

Feedback that's hard to hear

An appraisal that didn't match how you see yourself. A 360 with one comment you keep rereading. Being told you're ‘not quite ready’ with nothing specific to work on. Or you just want to get better at the job, and nobody's offering a development plan worth the name.

Hard feedback is usually part right and part wrong. The work is separating the two without dismissing it or swallowing it whole, then deciding what you'll actually do differently, and how people will notice.

Job search and interview prep

You've decided to move, or you're seriously thinking about it, or you've been hit by the latest redundancy round and the clock is ticking. You've done the job for years but haven't had to sell it in a while, and ‘I delivered the programme’ undersells most of what you actually did.

We get clear on what you're moving towards before you start applying, so you don't land the same feeling in a better-paid job. Then the practical part: the story you tell, the evidence behind it, interview practice with someone who's sat on the other side of the table, and a second pair of eyes on the case study presentation.

The big one: getting excited about work again

Nothing's on fire. You're still good at the job, and people still rely on you. You still care about the team and the result. What's gone is the part that used to make you want to do it, and you can't say exactly when it went.

It's the one people find hardest to say out loud. We run a proper discovery on you: what's changed, what still matters, and whether it's the work, the place, or what the work is for now. It might lead to a new role, or the same role on different terms. It doesn't have to mean blowing up your life. It does mean deciding.
