The idea
The sequence you've run for everyone else.
Discovery, options, mobilisation, delivery. You've taken dozens of programmes through it, in service of other people's objectives.
This is the same discipline, run on your own career, with someone who's been there asking the awkward questions and holding you to the answers.
And it's agile, not waterfall. You bring enough to start, and we work out the rest together.
The programme
Four phases, and what each one moves. A framework to guide action, not a rigid rulebook.
-
01
Discovery
From
“I don't know why I feel like this.”
To
A documented picture of what you value, what you're actually good at, and what work would have to look like to deserve your best.
-
02
Options Appraisal
From
“There aren't any realistic alternatives.”
To
Three developed versions of your next five years, sequenced into a roadmap rather than narrowed to one. The ambitious one isn't discarded. It's third.
-
03
Mobilisation
From
“I'll look at it after go-live.”
To
Low-risk experiments already running, and commitments somebody is holding you to.
-
04
Delivery
From
“This'll wear off in a month.”
To
A 90-day plan, your own early-warning signs, and the habits to keep it going long after the last session.
Scope
The shape of it.
- Six one-to-one sessions
- Every two to three weeks, across roughly three months. Spaced to not overload your schedule and to provide time in between for reflection and action.
Sessions one and six are up to 90 minutes; sessions two to five are 60 minutes each. - Short pre-work before each phase
- So session time goes on the thinking, not the data collection.
- WhatsApp between sessions
- For questions, a sounding board and accountability for actions we agree. You decide how hard I push.
Not ready for six sessions?
Start with a pilot.
If you're not ready to commit to six sessions, or there's one specific thing you want to think through properly, start here: a single 90-minute coaching session. Not a taster. The actual work.
For some people that's enough on its own. For others, it's a clear sense of what the full programme would give them. Either way, you'll get a written summary of what came up and what's worth thinking about next.
for a single 90-minute session. If you go on to book the six-session programme, it comes off the price.
Not sure where to start?
If you're not sure which option fits, that's exactly what a discovery call is for. It's free, takes 30 minutes and there's no obligation. It's a focused, confidential conversation about the challenges you're facing so we can work out together what kind of support would actually help.
